My house has been under “construction” for about a year now. It is going way to slow for my liking. We are adding three more bedrooms, a mud room, and another hall way in my house. It is going very slow because my dad is still working a full time job and he is re-modeling our house all by himself. Well today the guy came to pour the concrete so dad had a little help but my dad has built it, put electricity through it and everything else that has to be done. Finally it is all coming along though and I am very excited to see it finished. My parents and my two brothers are going to be in the “new” part of the house while I will have the old part pretty much all to myself. They will be on the complete opposite side from me which is awesome because they are all very loud and with this Anatomy class it is killer to try to study with all the commotion in my house. All I have to say is this re-modeling hopefully will be done very soon and hopefully it is worth the time that I have waited!
Think positive and remember your Dad is working hard to do all of this. Big house are good so you can get away but they are alot of work cleaning. I just sold one and don't miss the cleaning but personal space is a real good plus. Hope its everything and more for you and your family.
